Between juggling a full time job and the housework, not to mention raising the kids, we think that you Yummy Mummies and hard working women of Ireland deserve a Girly Getaway.
Whether you want to escape to the North, South, East or West, one things for sure, you’ll have the chance to get lots of rest (unless you’re a complete party animal and spend the entire time out on the town).
If Carrie and her besties from Sex & The City can manage to escape to the desserts of Abu Dhabi, we’re sure you wouldn’t mind escaping to Arklow Bay or Castle Dargan for a couple of days.
We know what you’re asking yourself, do I really need a Girly Getaway?
The answer is YES. Just think about the hot chocolate and truffles that will greet you on arrival at the Fota Island Resort, or the sweet taste of a complementary bottle of wine at Castle Dargan Golf Hotel & Wellness Resort. How often do you get the chance to get away with the girls, don some (fake) pearls and give the night a whirl? It’s a chance to catch up and have a good goss without the constant interruptions of a cranky two year old. You’ll feel relaxed and refreshed after your VIP treatments and a day at the spa. It’ll be such a treat to have dinner served up to you for a change, and you need not think about washing up a single thing, or have to listen to a certain someone on the far side of the table whinging that they don’t want potatoes today. So call up your besties, just like Carrie called hers, and tell them you’re going on a Girly Getaway, so they should start packing their cases.
